In exactly two months, calendar year 2009 will end. Unfortunately, since January, most members of our association have not paid their dues - not even for a single month! The same is true for the previous three years!! This sad situation has obviously limited our cash flow and made it very difficult for your executive officers to do any meaningful, project planning. We need your cooperation to help turn things around.
