Re:        FIRST ANNUAL CLASS REUNION PLANNING COMMITTEE --MEETING MINUTES

OUR LONG AWAITED REUNION IS HERE!!! Minutes of the Planning Committee’s latest and final conference call are below:

1. Opayin (Major retired) Fred Twum-Acheampong (class of 1968) will be our featured guest speaker for the inauguration.

2. Dr. K. Lartey has prepared and mailed all invitation letters for the program to registered members who have prepaid.  All others will pay $120.00 at the door and receive a name tag then.

3. Sis Adjoa Kani and Sis Martha Nyinaku will cater for all food and non-alcoholic beverages. Mr. Charles Appiah will handle all alcoholic drinks to be served.  A DJ responsible for our records night and a videographer have been retained.

4. Sis Adjoa Kani has gladly offered to let her mother provide free nanny services to those who might bring their children.

5. All mpayinfo are urged to keep spreading the word and encourage fellow mpayinfo to register and attend our reunion.
