we are back from tafo where the action was over the weekend. The roll call was massive as no one wanted to miss the show. We all gathered at Risky's funeral in a very sober and sorrowful mood though we tried cheering ourselves up with intermittent jokes. The 1985 year group were represented in a big way. Other year groups were all there including those from the 1960's and 70's. Our national president Ms Selina Fenteng was also there.
we were given the opportunity to sing our school anthem and school hymn before we lifted the coffin into the ambulance for its final destination, Begoro for burial.
the family was very grateful as old students , i.e 1985 year group and all others pooled resources together and gave the family 7 million cedis to defray part of their expenses.
