Hi Folks,

At a meeting held at opass last saturday, 23RD sEPT 2007, with the following persons, these far- reaching decisions were made:

Members Present
Mr Kyei Brobbey - Headmaster
Snr Charles Arthur National Organiser (Mpanyinfo)
Snr Collins Kyei Boafo - Acting National Treasurer
Snr Clement Assou Clement - Local Rep./Coordinator at Opass

Decisions
1. A small Secretariat be set up at Opass to coordinate all local activities of Mpanyinfo. The Headmaster has offered to give us an office for us to furnish and use. Mr Assou Clement to take action on it this week.

2. All available monies, including that brought down by the North American Branch be used to buy part of the materials needed for the phase two (erection of Pillars) Estimates have been submitted by contractor and this phase alone would require about 200 million old ghana cedis.
3. Estimates for the phase 3 and 4 have also been submitted. In all we would need about 2 billion to complete the whole project. We shall be there.

4. Members are being asked to look for governmental and corporate connections for support.

5. Members should endeavour to attend the next speech day in our numbers to grace the occasion and also familiarise ourselves with the numerous projects going on in the school.

6. we need a sponsor for the best teacher award - a laptop and books for the school. It can be an individual, a couple or a year group or even a group of friends

7. Members should network and get all friends and classmates on board. A coordinator for each year group is required as a matter of urgency. People should volunteer as soon as possible.

God Bless Us All
