Pursuant to the relevant Article of the Articles of Association, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at a venue to be announced in due course.
The main agenda of the meeting would be handover and election of new executives of the association.

Re: Party/ Meeting to Elect New Executive
Special greetings from the President and apologies for the long break in communication.
We wish to call on all Opassians to a party and a general meeting to elect a new executive to carry on the flame of our alma mater for Old Opassians resident in the UK. The term of office for the current executive has come to an end and we therefore encourage everyone to turn up in greater numbers at this meeting, in order to choose a fair representation of executives in this transition.
