I have just been informed that one of our best has passed away in Accra on June 6, 2009. His name is Kwadwo Dua (Nkullennu), class of 1973 and 1976. He was the best field hockey goalkeeper OPASS has ever had and also one of the best javelin thrower. Kwadwo was a very good friend and anytime I was in Ghana, we spent good time toghter. Anytime I travelled to Kumasi, he will always make arrangement for me to lodge at the IRS guest house. He was a senior officer with the IRS in Ghana. I'm deeply shaken with this sad news and May His Sould Rest in Perfect Peace. Funeral arrangements are yet to be announced.

ONE OF THE GREATEST !!! Sad to know that Senior Kwadwo Dua has passed away. He was one of the classic Sixth Formers we met at Opass, when we came to form one. Snr Oduro, Please bring some of his photos to the Reunion. May his soul rest in peace. I am sure the Old students in Ghana will attend the funeral, when the date is announced. God bless us all.

Kwadwo died friday night 5 june, on his way to the legon medical centre, after an asthma attack. His funeral will be held on saturday june 25, 2009 at the Adenta Community School Park. He will be buried in Accra. Please inform our colleages in Ghana about his death and burial date. May his soul rest in peace.
