I returned recently from my 4-week visit to the motherland and per the motion passed on June 26, during our 5th Annual Reunion in CT, I visited our former headmaster, Mr. S.T. Ampofo, at his home in Asiakwa and presented to him the approved monetary birthday gift of GHC300.00 (3million old cedis). Attached are a couple of photographs taken during the presentation. He expressed his deepest appreciation and gratitude to the association for thinking of him on his 86th birthday and for sending him that generous gift. He asked me to extend his best wishes and sincere greetings to you all.
