Dear all, since I am late to this forum I will like to introduce myself. My name is Edward Apau and was in OPASS from 1984 to 89. I have just learnt that there is going to be a reunion of old students of OPASS. Could anybody help me to get more info on it? Thanks and God bless you all.
HI EDDIE, HOW ARE YOU? ARE YOU STILL SINGING AS YOU USED TO DO AT SCHOOL? WELL YOU CAN CONTACT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE FOR MORE DETAILS ON THE REUNION.
Glad hearing from you Apau. Get in touch with any member of the planning committee - listed above for latest developments. Meanwhile, a tentative program outline is being prepared and will be made available as soon as possible. Hope to see you. Best regards
Hi Collins, Nice to read from you and thanks for the reply. Hope things are moving on well. Yes I am still singing by God's Grace and I have a private mass Choir in Switzerland "The Universal Choir of Zurich". I am also the Choir leader of Lighthouse Chapel International church of Zurich and all is by His Grace.
I may contact Sis. Adjoa Kani Koranteng or Ben Awuah for the reunion. Stay blessed.
Hello Ben, congrats for the good job you have done with all the others as well. You have kept the fire burning. Bravo! For the reunion, I will surely contact you soon. Even if I will not be able make it, I will surely like to contribute. I think it is a good course and all must support.
i'm equally delighted for getting in touch with you once again. We thank the Good Lord for his mercies. May His countenance continue to shine on us all. I'm happy you are still exhibiting your talents. I'm sure you will bring your mass choir to Ghana one of these days. I am currently working with the Ghana Highway Authority and it may interest you to know that our Director of Finance is also an Opanyin. He left OPASS in 1973. He is called Mr Elvis Agyeman-Badu.
there are a lot more people around and we are all trying to lift our Alma Mater. we in Accra here have been meeting once every month. we urge you out there to also join forces and form associations.
this website/forum will actually aid us to get in touch with more people especially those of you in the diaspora. kudos to mr & mrs Ben Awuah for the good work that they are doing. Mother OPASS will bless them abundantly.
stay blessed as we contribute diversely to build our school.
Hey Collins, thanks for the compliments but remember this is a team effort so all of us (not just Doris and I) deserve a pat on the back. Like I always put it, there are challenges here and there at the beginning of things like this, but with nominal efforts from each and every willing member of the group, we are destined to attain great heights. Let's keep on working at it. Best regards.
Hey Apau -- don't mind me, I'm kind of use to last names. Once again, thanks for hearing from you. And from what I read, you are contributing immensely to the work of the Lord.... Oh you don't know how I envy talented people...... especially, those who generously share it/them with the rest of us. Keep it up brother.
Yes, we know you will someday join us (reunion) and thanks for your support.....we need it.... Together we can do a whole lot more. Stay in touch. Take care. Best regards
